Occupational Health Nurse Specialist

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our team in the Richmond, IN / Cincinnati, OH area. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,700, with a 15% bonus opportunity based on personal and business performance. Additionally, you will be eligible for a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer contribution, as well as other benefits such as paid holidays, vacation time, and medical coverage.
About the Role
This role requires a passionate and dedicated RN who is experienced in working with patients with occupational health needs. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in occupational health and possess knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Valid RN license (compact)
- At least 1 year of experience working with patients with occupational health needs
- Familiarity with OSHA Regulations
- Willingness to travel within the facility (mileage reimbursement offered)
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications
- ER experience is a plus
