Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Public Works Operations Coordinator to join our team at Professional Facility Services LLC. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.

  • You will conduct thorough inspections of work vehicles, documenting any issues on the Litter Vehicle Inspection Report.
  • Filling the work truck with gas on designated days
  • Drive responsibly within the posted speed limit at all times.
  • Coordinating clock-ins for the crew upon arrival and facilitating the completion of the COVID-19 form for all crew members.
  • Reporting crew attendance and checking for callbacks before starting scheduled tasks.
  • Communicating with crew members weekly to manage PTO leave requests efficiently.
  • Performing basic equipment repairs as needed, such as changing a tire on the assigned work truck.
  • Overseeing an internal point sheet form to document both positive and negative behaviors of crew members.
  • Initiating litter and debris removal tasks, including documenting completed streets and completing litter tracks.
  • Taking pictures of bulk items and posting them on with their locations.
  • Staging bags in a designated location when the truck bed is full and promptly submitting the litter section form upon completion of each section.
  • Assisting with end-of-day operations, including cleaning the truck's interior with the crew before returning to PFS.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
