We are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator who will be instrumental in preparing and finalizing bid documents along with cost assessments for electrical construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage cost estimates for the installation and repair of electrical systems.
2. Analyze blueprints and adhere to building codes to determine the most effective work strategies.
3. Prepare detailed written cost estimates for clients.
4. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
5. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
6. Gather multiple pricing quotes for inventory procurement.

Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of the National Electric Code.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and various estimating software.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a focus on innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and collaborative.
- Capacity to merge administrative skills with technical electrical knowledge to enhance job efficiency both in the office and on-site.
- Flexibility to adapt priorities based on evolving needs.
