Job DescriptionThe Compact Municipal Equipment Sales Manager role focuses on generating revenue through equipment sales and rentals within a specific geographical territory. This involves servicing existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed annual sales and profit goals
- Manage sales territory, build relationships with potential customers, and provide timely sales forecasts
- Maintain and update CRM systems, complete product and sales training on schedule, and control territory management costs
- Assist with equipment sales and demos, process orders and paperwork timely, and provide accurate trade appraisals
- Facilitate deal completion, assist with RFQs/RFPs, and grow market share by conducting cold calls and jobsite visits, while presenting a professional image
