Job Summary

As a key member of the AMC Theatres team, the Theatre Operations Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and development to theatre teams, communicating and demonstrating the Company's mission, vision, and values to all associates in a professional and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure delivery of people, guest, and financial results.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to associates to achieve optimum theatre operations.
  • Oversee all theatre departmental functions, including guest services, concession sales, and theatre maintenance.
  • Reinforce guest and operational focus through regular communication and feedback.
  • Actively provide timely and accurate coaching to associates to assist with their growth and development as well as manage their performance.
  • Review financial numbers utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports to optimize financial results and the guest experience.
  • Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts per the Management Work Schedule policy.
  • Uphold AMC's business practice standards and ensure compliance with company programs.
Requirements
  • 1 year guest service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year experience in operational execution.
  • Age 18 or older.
