Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for residential solar in Florida. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to homeowners throughout the state, making a meaningful impact on the environment while building a rewarding career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outreach and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
2. Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
3. Conduct thorough on-site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations, taking into account factors such as roof orientation, shading, and energy consumption patterns to provide customized recommendations tailored to each customer's needs.
4. Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes to customers, outlining the benefits of our solar solutions and guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
5. Work diligently to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, employing effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships that generate referrals and repeat business.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Independence and time management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
