Position Overview:

Capitol City Janitorial Inc is looking for a dedicated full-time construction site cleaning specialist to manage post-construction cleanup at various job sites. Compensation will be based on experience, and a **$200 sign-on bonus** will be awarded after 90 days of employment.

Work Schedule:

**Days:** Monday through Saturday

**Hours:** 6 am to 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning tasks such as collecting trash, debris, and leftover materials, along with dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality as per the service agreement.
  • Work autonomously while adhering to instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize various industrial cleaning supplies and equipment effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate and carry a backpack vacuum.
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
