Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety protocols are in place, and building and maintaining construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-construction activities
  • Ensure safety protocols are in place and enforced
  • Manage field operations, including labor and equipment
  • Build and maintain construction schedules, including timelines and milestones
  • Attend weekly OAC meetings and site/foreman meetings
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
  • Completion of OSHA 30 is desired, with assistance provided for certification if hired
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction from Senior Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively use platforms such as Plangrid
  • Physical demands include regular lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
