Lead Behavior Analyst

**Job Summary**
The Lead Behavior Analyst provides leadership and guidance to a team of Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality applied behavior analytic assessments and clinical services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide escalation support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure adherence to Board Guidelines and quality of work product.
- Develop and oversee client program development, including skills acquisition and social skills programs, positive behavior supports, and strategies.
- Ensure direct staff are trained on best practice procedures based on the principles of behavior analysis.
- Design and implement individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, psychologists, social workers, and other medical and school staff to develop and implement client behavior plans and treatment goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field with a post-masters BACB course sequence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within behavior analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Certification as a BCBA by the BACB.
