Systems Integration Specialist

At CHAOS Inc., we are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for owning the Integration and Test process and collaborating with engineers to integrate various components into a cohesive system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support System I&T to move product from assembly to ready for deployment
- Conduct integration, verification, and testing in the lab or the field to ensure the system performs according to specifications
- Debug, Trace, and correct faults in mechanical, electronic and software systems
- Develop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures to enable efficient handoff of testing tasks to technicians
- Develop efficient test plans, procedures, and test benches/suites to streamline the Integration & Test (I&T) process
- Identify tools and equipment required to support I&T and setup/program that equipment as necessary
- Collaborate with LSE (Lead Systems Engineer) to create and execute test plans and procedures for lab, production and field
- Work closely with the overall engineering team to understand the limitations and capabilities of the system
- Support setup and configuration of system hardware components
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or another related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systems
- Familiarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing, like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for catching errors
Preferred Requirements:
- Systems Engineering experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Systems
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, MATLAB, or C++
- Experience with Signal Processing and/or Data Analysis
