About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at The Greater Cincinnati School Application Consortium. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' communication and language development, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students' communication needs.
  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote language development and communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech-language pathology, and apply this knowledge to inform your practice.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
