We are seeking a skilled Child Development Support Associate to join our team at Butterfly Effects. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality ABA services to our clients, working collaboratively with our experienced therapists and leadership team.

About the Position

This is a part-time permanent opportunity, requiring a minimum of 10-20 hours per week. You will work closely with clients in their natural environments, building rapport, assisting with daily activities, and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisitions tailored to their specific needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering one-on-one and group ABA sessions in various settings
  • Developing and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure seamless support
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$32 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field. Additionally, we provide paid 40-hour RBT training courses, paid drive time for field technicians, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Certifications and qualifications include:

  • RBT Certification
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with guidance and financial assistance
