Job Overview

Are you a relationship builder, problem solver, and critical thinker? We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Associate to join our team. As a critical member of our branch team, you will work closely with our financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

As a key point of contact for clients, you will deliver exceptional personalized service, ensuring they feel understood and informed. You will also take an active role in the annual business planning process, assisting in developing strategies for the upcoming year.

We offer a comprehensive 6-month training program, including an experienced peer mentor, to support your success. You will have access to a wide support network, extending from your branch office to our home office, to ensure you have the resources you need to excel in this role.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in current and new office technology is essential, as well as a willingness to learn about financial services and markets.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
