Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and availability. Additionally, we offer a highly competitive pay structure with opportunities for career advancement.

Job Description

As a Child Development Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing 1:1 intervention services developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children aged 18 months and older.
  • Teaching individuals with special needs various skills needed for their optimal achievement.
  • Implementing each client's individualized treatment and intervention strategies by providing direct intervention and therapy services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 40 hours of RBT training or registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • A clean criminal background record.
  • Availability afternoons and evenings until 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm weekly.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
