Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team at MRG Exams, providing disability assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA's benefits process.
This role involves reviewing behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conducting comprehensive in-person assessments on each Veteran. The successful candidate will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal, without making disability determinations, as this is the responsibility of the U.S. Veterans Administration.
The Licensed Psychologist will work independently as an Independent Contractor, with flexible scheduling and competitive daily compensation of $500+. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development, while serving the veteran community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess behavioral health records and conduct comprehensive in-person assessments on United States Veterans.
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient assessment processes.
Requirements:
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school.
- An active and unrestricted Psychology license.
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
