Position Overview

The Lead Case Management Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing advocacy efforts, crisis intervention, and support services. This position is essential for ensuring that the assigned program not only meets but exceeds its objectives while maintaining compliance with all relevant funder requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the delivery of high-quality services to program participants.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, volunteers, and interns, typically overseeing up to three direct reports.
- Conduct outreach activities in collaboration with the team and manage all aspects of case management.
- Serve as a knowledgeable liaison to community organizations, promoting awareness of available resources and services.
- Engage regularly with team members, program participants, and community stakeholders to foster strong relationships.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of full-time case management experience, demonstrating proficiency in applying best practices.
- Proven ability to meet program compliance and administrative standards.
- Experience leading teams of human service professionals.
- A valid Colorado driver’s license and state-required automobile insurance.
- Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel, with mileage reimbursement available.
- Completion of agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire, with ongoing maintenance of credentialing standards.
