Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to dealerships and partners to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Service Engineering teams to identify and address emerging technical conditions and concerns.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and investigations to gather data and identify root causes of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues and improve overall quality.
  • Work closely with regional teams to improve Fix Right First-Time percentage and reduce buyback potential.
Requirements
  • 6-7 years of experience in automotive fixed operations and wholesale.
  • ASE Master Technician certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Photoshop.
