Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare food service standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
  • Lead and develop food and nutrition service employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee food preparation and service to meet menu and dietary requirements, ensuring patient satisfaction and nutritional needs are met.
  • Train and support team members in following departmental policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of food service experience, including two (2) years in a hospital nutrition setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education, with a focus on healthcare or a related field.
  • Current ServSafe Allergen and Food Handler certifications, as well as a Washington State Food Worker Card.
