Our Performance Marketing team plays a crucial role in driving success by launching, optimizing, and analyzing Search & Social campaigns for our digital brands.

About the Role

This position requires a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, excel spreadsheet expertise, and proficiency in working with big data and BI tools.

You will be responsible for:

  • Media buying and traffic acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Developing team strategies to drive campaign success
  • Collaborating with other Performance Marketers to shape campaign and program strategy
  • Presenting findings to both teams and management
  • Training new employees and implementing new processes

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency
  • BI tools and large data sets comfort level

Compensation Package

Estimated annual salary: $95,000 - $125,000 based on industry standards and location.
