We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and help us achieve our goals. This role will play a critical part in driving our digital marketing efforts and helping us connect with new and existing audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives
- Oversee the development of content across various channels, including social media, email, and the website
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute a strategic plan for growing audiences and engagement on digital platforms
- Analyze data and metrics to inform digital marketing decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify digital content opportunities and make recommendations for positioning content to resonate with existing fans and attract new audiences
- Develop and lead overall social media and email communications strategy based on data to support sales and marketing efforts
- Provide strategic direction on digital advertising campaigns to the entire Met organization, including Development, Education, Media, and Merchandising teams

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing/advertising
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing
- Superior writing and editing abilities
- Demonstrable experience working with CRM applications such as Tessitura
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, be imaginative, and flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism at all times

Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
