Job Title: Home Infusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Infusion Specialist to join our team at AIS Healthcare.

About the Role:

As a Home Infusion Specialist, you will be responsible for providing immune globulin infusion therapies to patients in their homes. You will work independently, using your clinical expertise and personal touch to deliver exceptional patient care. Your primary focus will be on providing one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide immune globulin infusion therapies to patients in their homes
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Georgia and ability to obtain licensure in other states
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience preferred
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of nursing experience
  • One year of infusion experience
  • Home healthcare experience
  • CRNI or IgCN certification
