About the Role

AIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Home Infusion Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer immune globulin infusion therapies to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Georgia and ability to obtain licensure in other states as required
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience, with a focus on IV therapy and infusion care
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of nursing experience, with a focus on infusion care and home health
  • CRNI or IgCN certification
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
