Job Summary

AIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Infusion Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Infusion Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, while also working on special projects to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide infusion therapies in patients' homes, primarily for STAT patients.
  • Assist with quality initiatives, patient and nurse education, patient scheduling, and the management of the local nursing team.
  • Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
  • Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion through continuous training and certification.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current license in Georgia and the ability to be licensed in other states.
  • Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years' nursing experience.
  • One year infusion experience.
  • Home healthcare experience.
  • CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required.
Education

RN Diploma, Associates, or B.S. degree in nursing.
