Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service standards are met in all F&B outlets, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets. This position is responsible for assisting with the management of payroll and overhead costs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to exceed budgeted revenues.
  • Collaborate with F&B leadership to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory and reconciliation of beverage supplies.
  • Develop and implement promotional ideas to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the hotel's marketing strategy.
  • Assist with the management of the hotel's P.O.S. system and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
