We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Ability Rehabilitation. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing all functions necessary for a smooth and productive patient flow from check-in through treatment to check-out.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate patient care from initial evaluation to discharge
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage electronic scheduling and data entry
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Collect and process patient payments
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of previous medical front office experience
- Excellent telephone skills and communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software
- Available and flexible with work hours
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player attitude and excellent customer service skills
