AutoStore is a leading software and robotics company that provides automation technology to warehouse and distribution facilities. We are seeking a Temporary Sourcing Specialist to join our North American headquarters in Salem, NH, for a 12-week assignment, 20 hours per week, from September to December 2024.

About the Role

The Temporary Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and scheduling qualified candidates for job requisitions, candidate data entry, ATS management, preparing recruiting and hiring updates, posting job descriptions on various job sites, coordinating pre-hire logistics, and communicating directly with candidates and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and scheduling qualified candidates for job requisitions utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Candidate data entry, updating, tracking, and ATS management
  • Preparing recruiting and hiring updates by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to share with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Posting job descriptions on various job boards, associations, and professional networking sites
  • Coordinate pre-hire logistics, which could include but are not limited to reference and background checks
  • Ensuring job boards are accurate and up to date
  • Communicating directly with candidates and agencies as necessary, depending on the level of involvement with searches
  • Project work requiring forward thinking, multitasking, and prioritizing
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills

To collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, the candidate must be able to complete a variety of tasks promptly, prioritize tasks, and work independently with guidance as needed. The candidate must also handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
