IT Operations Manager

About the Role:
Meineke Car Care Centers is seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and oversee the organization's IT operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for software implementation, system management, hardware management, and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Implementation: Lead the deployment and integration of software solutions to meet business requirements and align with company objectives.
- System and Hardware Management: Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Active Directory, and hardware components.
- Development and Maintenance: Write and maintain code in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML to support application functionality and data management.
- SharePoint and Office 365 Management: Oversee the administration and customization of SharePoint and Office 365 to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.
- Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies for hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT assets.
- Process Development: Design and document IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
- Communication: Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and translate these into actionable IT strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Security Oversight: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT management role or a related position.
- Proficiency in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, MS Access, Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware management, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
