Disability Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to each family's unique needs and goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, understanding their strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on navigating complex systems and accessing available resources.
- Foster collaboration among families, healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to ensure cohesive support networks.
- Maintain accurate records of family interactions, progress, and outcomes, using data to inform future support strategies.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a strong educational background in a relevant field, coupled with over 1 year of direct experience working with families or individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of disability support services, including training in First Aid, CPR, OSHA, and Safety Care, is mandatory. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential for this role.
Benefits: $41,454.40 per annum, paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
