Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business units, with a focus on upstream and associated service activities. This includes production management and optimization, capital and expense investment project appraisal, design, and management, as well as reservoir engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize production across our upstream operations, including operated and non-operated lease operating expense supervision, artificial lift design, and more.
  2. Lead the appraisal, design, and management of capital and expense investment projects, including P&A, rod repair, casing repair, recompletions, fishing, drilling, and more.
  3. Contribute to the development of our reservoir engineering capabilities and provide technical expertise to support our business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have deep, hands-on operations experience with a variety of activities relevant to managing and growing our assets. A strong understanding of conventional plays and service operations is preferred, as well as geologic and petrophysical expertise and interest.
