Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our advisors and ensuring smooth operations for our clients' accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Processing: Process new accounts and client requests, ensuring all documentation is complete and approved.
  • Money Movement: Facilitate various money movements including ACATs, Wires, ACHs, Journals, and Check Requests.
  • Account Reconciliation: Review daily activity and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Trade Execution: Execute trades and rebalance portfolios via Envestnet and NetX360 platforms.
  • Client Support: Assist in client meetings as needed, providing support and expertise.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, policies, and procedures.
  • Client Experience: Manage the client experience, providing proactive communication throughout the onboarding process.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to investment research and tax mitigation strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the team's thought leadership through research and content creation.
  • Client Education: Participate in client education initiatives and seminars.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience: 1+ years of investment operations and analysis experience
  • Certifications: FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 (preferred, not required)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with a focus on client service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
