As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks and minor repairs on a variety of automobiles. You will collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of our Car Care Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles.
  • Conduct tire repairs and installations as needed.
  • Carry out minor automotive repairs as directed by senior technicians.
  • Acquire hands-on experience in various aspects of automotive repair while pursuing ASE Certifications.
  • Provide transportation for members in a company vehicle.
  • Retrieve parts and supplies as required.
  • Support senior technicians to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
  • Assist colleagues as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance or repair, or completion of a formal automotive training program.

Driving Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Proof of automobile liability insurance is required upon hiring.
