Key Responsibilities
  • Provide age-appropriate care by utilizing your nursing education and understanding of growth, development, and aging.
  • Deliver daily routine care and services to patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse or care team in executing the nursing process effectively.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN).
  • Medication administration license may be necessary.
  • Preferred: Previous LPN experience in an acute care environment within the last three years.
  • Experience in the assigned specialty or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire.
  • Completion of required competencies for the assigned specialty.

Compensation and Benefits
