We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at Hertz. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer care representatives and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Business or related field, preferred.
  • 1 year leadership experience, preferred.
  • 1 year call center experience, preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Project management or process improvement experience, preferred.
