Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics operations role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of warehouse associates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
