About the Job: As an Enterprise Float Pool Level 3 RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Critical Care, ED, Surgical Services, Medical Surgical, Procedural, Women's Services, and Behavioral Health. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is $75.00/hour, plus eligible differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. You must be available to travel to all facilities within the region. Full-time and part-time positions require 18 months of experience in the unit type/specialty area, while PRN positions require 24 months of experience. RN License is required, along with a BLS certification and relevant nursing skills and knowledge base.
