Job Overview

At UCHealth, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool for NICU Nights. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized nursing care in the NICU and other women's care areas during night shifts.

About the Role

This position involves utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure exceptional patient outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. As a Night Shift RN, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the NICU and other women's care areas during night shifts
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient care
  • Prioritize patient safety and well-being at all times
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
  • NRP within 6 months of hire
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
