As a Senior Exercise Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and assessing the efficacy of strategic plans and protocols for our clients. Your role will involve generating comprehensive content using Microsoft Office tools to narrate a compelling and realistic scenario. You will engage with client challenges, pinpointing potential threats, vulnerabilities, or risks that warrant investigation, while providing a constructive environment for recommendations that will lead to meaningful, real-world outcomes.

In your capacity as a leader within the Global Defense sector, you will collaborate across various functions with wargame analysts, operations researchers, and executive leadership on initiatives that significantly impact critical missions. Your expertise will be instrumental in programs such as Exercise Design and Event Planning and Facilitation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and executing Component or Joint Exercise Programs
  • Familiarity with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
  • Proficient in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)
  • Understanding of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level
  • Capability to guide an exercise from conceptualization to execution, including preparing and delivering a senior-level concept of operation briefing
  • Ability to operate in alignment with Commander's intent
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience at the brigade level or higher
  • Experience in Maritime or Air Operations
  • Background in managing an exercise budget with diverse funding sources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Multi-Domain Operations
  • Strong time management, organizational leadership, and communication skills
  • Master's degree

Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
