This role is open to remote candidates on the East Coast. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Technical Services: Delivering high-quality technical services in administrative areas to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements.
  • Overseeing Service Delivery: Ensuring the delivery of services by external providers aligns with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas for improvement.
  • Developing Training Resources: Creating training materials, FAQs, and other resources for location/business-specific administrative needs and providing effective support.
  • Ensuring Quality: Focusing on delivering tasks with high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $49,400 to $91,600, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2-year associate's degree is preferred.
  • Two years of relevant experience in Customer Service are necessary.
  • Previous experience reading and following Service Agreements is beneficial.
  • SAP (or other ERP) and SalesForce experience would be an asset.
  • Candidates must possess a valid work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
