About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Training Salesperson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation and Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and features to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Process and manage inventory accurately to ensure seamless customer transactions.
  • Cashier Transactions: Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: A good secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Language Skills: Good German language skills in speaking and writing are essential.
  • Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt are necessary for success in this role.
