Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for large customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement customized service solutions to meet the unique needs of our large customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Large Customer Service Manager and service managers, to ensure seamless execution of customer agreements.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to customers, ensuring transparency and open communication.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service offerings, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial or technical education.
  • Ideally, completed training as a Large Customer Service Advisor or willingness to obtain this certification.
