Licensed Insurance Sales Agent/Aspirant Program

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent/Aspirant. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your business leadership skills, industry knowledge, and sales and marketing experience.
Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and adapt to the skills necessary to operate a business.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and make presentations to potential customers.
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews, relate to customers, and execute a detailed business plan.
- Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license, with the ability to obtain.
- Learn to market property/casualty, life, health, and bank products.
- Set sales and growth goals, working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent's role and office logistics.
