Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity cardiac specialty unit. Your exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills will enable you to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare consumers and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent urgent care situations.
