Nurse Specialist Inpatient Care

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, to support your financial well-being and help you achieve your career goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to patients with complex medical needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient preferences, values, and cultural background.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, engage in professional development, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut, with clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients, with a maximum weight of 300 pounds.
