About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the CFO in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting Department. This includes ensuring compliance with company policy and GAAP, protecting company assets, and assisting site management with matters related to accounting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of corporate accounting to ensure compliance with company policy and GAAP.
  • Protect company assets and ensure their integrity.
  • Assist site management with matters related to accounting.
Requirements
  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in making balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Experience with Monthly and Year-end closing processes.
  • Experience assisting with semi-annual and year-end audits.
  • Understanding of manufacturing costing processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced situations.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Demonstrated high energy level, strong work ethic, and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently under tight reporting deadlines and/or in a team environment.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word - document creation, formatting, and editing, etc. and Excel - spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis, and formulas creation, etc.).
