Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food and ingredients for cooking and display.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and work areas.
  • Restock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Successful completion of company training program.
  • Completed a course in food safety, either mini class or full certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work a scheduled based on the business needs of the store location.
  • Authorized to work within the U.S.

Working Conditions

The kitchen environment can be hot and humid, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment noise. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds is required.
