Job Title: Dietary Aide

At Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall dining experience for our memory care residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to meet facility standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth food service operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to follow kitchen/dining protocols and meet facility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
