Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Technician Lead to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our complete line of products and services
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions for sales and customer teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Test and evaluate new products to ensure high-quality standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of experience in technical support or related fields
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, IT/Network, Engineering, or related field

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience
