The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our fiber optic network in the field. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair fiber optic cables and associated hardware
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure
  • Work safely in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fiber optic network installation and maintenance
  • Pole climbing certification
  • OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and Buck Squeeze (Pole Climbing Certifications)
  • Proficient at operating various construction equipment

Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
