The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, with a strong background in construction and engineering. You will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of Kinetic fiber optic networks across the United States
- Manage a team of construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality
- Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in construction and engineering, including 2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL license
Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
