Job Description

The Fiber Network Manager will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the timely completion of fiber-optic construction projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing installations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.">
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in fiber-optic engineering, construction, or a related field.">
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of achieving project goals and improving team performance.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.">
  • A strong understanding of fiber-optic technology and its applications.">
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally (up to 50% of time).">
  • Ability to pass DOT certification and obtain CDL license post-hire.">
